How fast do you support new versions of formats?

Support of the latest format versions is always a standing item in our roadmap. This typically takes about 3-12 months depending on the level of demand, available resources and other factors. Resources are carefully prioritized and invested into areas with the highest returns on investments. Requests from customers with paid support plans are prioritized higher.
